After deleting the failed syncs you need to give it some time and eventually you'll be able to delete the endpoint. Ben

The latest set of instructions I sent should have a different step_9 in them that says to set encryption to none if the port is 143. Ben

You already have an endpoint for this migration, it was created when you ran the steps for the first time. You should see migration endpoints as one of the tabs you can select you need to go to that and delete the existing one and then run the wizard again making sure to de-select ssl and to use 143 as the port. Ben

Does Zimbra not support IMAP then? If it offers pop3 for your users to connect to then they can add their zimbra mailbox in to Office 365 as an external connected account. Ben

Yup. What did you put on the server settings? you didn't leave it as SSL did you? Encryption should be none and the port should be 143. Ben

That much? a single tiny pellet being fired at something whizzing over your head, you'd miss 99 times out of 100 and the 1 time you hit it you'd be unlikely to bring it down with that. I'm thinking the free waterproof box you get with every delivery has got to be worth some money Ben
