well i have exchange at work, which is my main account even for some personal stuff. i have had hotmail since the beginning of time, and due to its nature gets full of crap, due to this i use it when its necessary to sign up for something which will spam me. I have gmail, which i now use for more personal stuff. i have both exchange and gmail on my iPhone

Morning all i am wanting to build a 'small' home server. With the main intention serving to my TV and other devices - so DLNA support on the OS. Whilst for this end i could just get an old crapper, i'm paying the elecy bill now (NEW HOUSE!), i was wanting a low powered system - possibly atom based. Now whilst i have seen many of the tiny foot print machines they havent the expansion for the amount of hdds i have (4 - 3x 3.5, 1x 2.5) Has any one any ideas for a station which is uber low power, and enough room for a few hdds? cheers

lol i totally agree about all comments about the badges, head made me put them on. whilst designing the site i showed him a wip and he notified me i was missing badge x.... we had been awarded days before. not bragging but the school is the highest achieving state school in the county lol..... which of course is all down to me.

I have tried spiceworks several times but it never seems to find all devices. i have never bothered counting devices other than workstations. i have recently given it another go but yet again its only showing 61 workstations

good morning all we are currently after some software that will monitor network usage and utilization. the it manager wants to redistribute computers in to different areas and needs to know areas where current resources are not used. we are rm cc4 here and know there is auditor but any one familar with auditor knows it is useless any ideas?

I think joomla is excelent, look in to the K2 extention, all the things missing in joomla but present in wp and added in k2. take a look at Painsley Catholic College this was recently built in joomla using k2

Having recently upgraded to Office 2010 we are having afew teething problem. Whilst most have been ironed out one issue with Powerpoint is still lingering. Kids cant embed youtube videos! admins and teacher accounts can but students cant. I have googled tutorials incase i was doing it wrong but was only proved to be doing it right! we get the error 'powerpoint cannot insert a video from this embed code'. when embeding the same video (using the same code) as an admin user it works. any ideas? thanks in advance RM CC4 btw (dont say this may be the problem lol)

totally agree, i pointed out, print screen, highlight ctrl+c etc but was told to disable it still *facepalm*

they are all going to be changed over the summer when this site moves to the correct domain, the rest will be moved to a domain too

I use K2 for all the articles not the joomla article manager rubberdocs extplorer jobboard plugins JCE Editor megamenu mods anti right click (heads idea not mine, disabled at the mo) Yj Newsflash Ultimate XpertScroller probably a few more but my head is spinning

What does this new euro law mean for school sites made with Joomla? is there an easy way round it?

i maybe wrong but i believe that is due to the size of the images use, need to make them smaller (is the same on chrome at 1280*1024 too) thanks
