Hi Ben, I'm trying to find the details of the build disc... but failing miserably... the version that should work with USB3 drivers added is RM default build disc (WinPE3.1) version 1.0.019, thats the one we have for Win7 builds. If I mange to remember, i'll post the details... (I'm blaming age and lack of tea...) Regards Nick

Hi Ben, Yes, this happened to us with some new laptops... and RM said it was a USB 3 driver issue with Skylake processors. There is an updated build disc that allows USB3 drivers to be added to it as well as the normal LAN drivers. Haven't played with that aspect yet... enough other stuff to do... We got round it by burning the iso of the build to a CDrom and booting the laptop from that. then the build worked fine...! HTH Nick

I'd check in the IPO manager that the user is set to the correct working hours user rights, it may be that they're set to a 'user right' that has external dialing barred? my 2p

That controller looks like a 'copy' of a Chauvet Obey 3 controller...

I've used the Microsoft Virtual Machine Converter 3.0 to get 2 VM's from an ailing ESX system onto to our HyperV system and it worked rather well... link here: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn873998.aspx For a DC though, i'd agree with the other posts on here and build fresh and promote etc.

Hi DNM, When i had issues with O365 and local exchange, it was the autodiscover entries in our DNS that weren't correct, once i'd done that, the Outlook autodiscover worked fine. Also Outlook 2016 will only use a correctly specified autodiscover, you can't manually specify server settings... My 2p

Yes, you'll need to use the HDMI labelled ARC to feed TV sound back to the home cinema setup. ARC stands for Audio Return Channel... So use HDMI 1 on the TV for the connection to the Home Cinema System. I use a Panasonic Smart TV fed from my Sony AV amp. Everything else (PS3, HD Recorder, HTPC etc) all feed to the Amplifier.
