Yep, the only difference is that the download may be larger due to patches, which would need downloading at some point anyway.

Did anybody pick this up when Sony were giving it away last week? Jumped into a game with some family last night, and it's actually pretty good fun! Far from what I was expecting. Only really tried the Tower Defence out briefly, put most of my time into the Team Deathmatch modes. Mechanics wise it plays really well and the usual PvZ humor's there. It's pretty difficult to beat a zombie running away from a flying RV with Crazy Dave shouting stuff at the players. It'd be nice to see if we've got any EG members up for a match or two

I'll second Rogue Legacy, really fun game, occasionally brutal, and to top it all of, extremely addicting. While I'm at it, I'll second FTL too. Time seems to fly when playing that, even if I can't kill cruiser stage two (I'm not mad, I swear) I was going to mention Shadowrun, I took that to the states with me for the Hotel and that was good fun, but seeing as you already tried, that's out. What was it that threw you off? The pace? Setting? Might be worth looking at Divinity: Original Sin, not cheap, but really good fun, made the recommendation to a few guys in the office and they're all enjoying it. Origin are currently giving away Sim City 2000 for free, if you're into those / not completely against letting Origin live on your laptop, might be worth looking into.

Unranked, played the hell out of it when it came out, got to somewhere around 40:1, then haven't played since. If I played now I'd get absolutely slaughtered, I'm actually really bad at CS games, just had a good lucky streak, all the best players were still on CS:S back then.

Got CS:S and GO, I refuse to ruin my GO K/D though, so I doubt you'll ever see me on that I've got a pretty decent library of games, so I'll keep an eye out for anything going on, I'm always down for destr- err, playing with Edugeeks

Played some on the PS3, then lost my save so waited til the PS4 verison came out. I didn't notice any differences other than the graphics, it's nice and pretty, and the photo mode was pretty good for capturing screenshots too. Plus, DLC included, which was nice.

Nah, no died, straight through the asylum without any issues, turned it off once I got to the bonfire. Probably won't bother with the race, WoW > Dark Souls priority wise.. need to gear up.

Got it working with my Shield controller. Had a sneaky feeling it was trying to use the Flight Stick, unplugged it, plugged in the controller and away we go.

I've been singing the Octodad theme all weekend, haven't played it in months. Now I know who's fault it is!

Rogue + Stealth + Burst of Speed = Unlimited sneaky sprinty. Swapped out Shadowstep on it's 20 second cooldown for an instant 4 second sprint with no CD at 8 energy cost.. if you recast near it's end it's free. Perfect for the last boss in Everbloom, great for escaping AoE.

MM hunters have a passive called Sniper, buffs you while you're standing still. I'm assuming the amount of movement will cause too much downtime on it. Luckily I'm a Combat Rogue, so moving around a lot isn't much of a problem for me

I'll be getting it on Thursday.. kind of tempted to just get it on PS4 though. The PC Gamer in me hates myself for saying that, but I just don't want to deal with the Uplay client on PC.
