It is probably simply because you are using fog to capture the image and has corrupted it in some way. Try capturing the image using WDS, why even go for 3rd party when WDS is built in.

After installing the USB 3.0 XHCI drivers the promethean board stops working. 1 Activboards (including 378 Pro) works well without the drivers 2 Install the drivers 3 Restart the laptop/desktop 4 login as local admin 5 Plug the board usb cable 6 Activboard driver sees that usb is plugged in, removes the red cross from icon 7 Unplug the usb cable 8 The driver icon stays the same and the red cross does not return (Normaly the red cross returns as soon as the usb cable is unplugged, indicating that usb is unplugged.) 9 The laptop desktop fails to restart or shut down Has anyone had any problems after installing the USB 3.0 XHCI drivers?

Hi all We have setup FSRM on our servers and folder redirection of libraries. If a student has gone over the quota limit, and tries to save a file, the file is saved automatically to the C:\users\username, instead of coming with a "Location on disk full error". This gives the impression to the user, that the file is saved successfully when it is actually not. Is there any way to prevent users from writing to C:\users\username? Does anyone has any ideas? Thanks in advance

Hi Teejay Thankyou for the reply. Is it just easy as SOLUS 2? 1) When a staff member logs in and start SIMS, will it finish the update in the SOLUS 2 way? 2) Does the laptop need a restart? We are worried that laptop users will come in (after an upgrade has been done) and will no longer be able to use SIMS, as their laptops will not be upgraded straight away...

Hi all We are still in SOLUS 2, had our Autumn update done, and is working fine. Is there a need to upgrade to SOLUS 3? I have heard that there are lots of issues with SIMS getting updated through SOLUS 3 workstation agents. Has anyone had any difficult experiences with SOLUS 3? Does the workstations and (laptops on wireless) has to be left ON at the same time as the SOLUS 3 update or any other special user permissions required for Windows 7? Thankyou Prince
