About dblakeley

  1. Our students use Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 in their media lessons to edit 720p and 1080p video. In our attempts to reduce log on times which were becoming an issue, we switched all of our students over to a mandatory profile. In doing so, Premiere Pro has decided that it no longer wants to work with HD Video. In the attached photos, you can see the HD video shows a yellow 'Media Pending' placeholder image. Prem Pro appears to try to load the file but then gives up and does nothing other than that. I've spent ages on this and am unable to find any solution other than switching back to a roaming profile, which we really don't want to do because it has been the cause of so many issues for us. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  2. Doesn't surprise me that we get weird issues to be honest. Standard fare around here! The upgrade has resolved the issues with everything I mentioned however. Thank you very much for the advice. I've got just 1 more query for now. Before purchasing we enquired if it'd be possible to import our school's timetable in to the Resource Booking system and were told it was possible. I apologise if it may have been mentioned earlier in the thread but is there anywhere I might find a bit of a 'how-to' for this?
  3. Ah, I must of missed that earlier announcement. I'll give that a go and get back to you.
  4. It does the same thing in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.
  5. Hello, We've recently purchased OP SmartDesk from yourselves and are having a few teething issues with setting it up. When trying to add any Asset Sites, Locations, Suppliers, Manufacturers or Custom Fields; there doesn't appear to be any way to actually input any information. We're just greeted by a short introduction as to what each section is and/or will be used for. The same is also occurring with the Print Manager section too. Looking at previous patch notes they suggests these features are in fact operational but the pages we are viewing suggest they are not finished. Any ideas?
