I also do training for new staff, training for students on Adobe software, website design and updating the school website, profile reports in SIMS, census data, and other jobs in school. Hi, This the our first time using profiles in SIMS, up to now we have used ReportMaster software. I want to print all profiles for one student. Do I need to access each template, find the student and print? In the ReportMaster software, I could select a student and print all reports.

Hiya I do that using SIMS for recording with right click in lesson monitor and use reports into excel. Made reports for tracking a student, teacher, subject, by date. Hope it helps - email for more details. Regards Catherine

Hi, This is my first time using Profiles. Is it possible to record an attainment grade (ie for lower school 7a, 8b; for upper school a grade A* etc) for a student in Profiles and link to an Aspect in Assessment Manager automatically? Or should I make a template for the attainment grade and get staff to record there and linked the Aspect to Profiles?

Hi you can remove T4 through System Manager, manage groups and remove permissions (curriculum, Nova T). If the Group is a template you need to clone first. Hope this helps.

We have twitter on school website for school information and we use Policy Central to filter some websites eg Facebook and Twitter on students account. This means that student accesses the school website in school the home page hangs up because Policy Central filters Twitter. Does anybody know whether we have the Twitter feed and still filter students' accounts?

I've attached the template for our Year 10 subjects, filled in for Triple Science, the lower part of the page is for the Course Details, which are different for all subjects. How do I insert the course details in the template? Or do I need to make a session for each subjects in all years eg ScienceY7 session, SessionY8 session, EnglishY7 session, EnglishY8 session etc? Thanks, the template is in SIMS, I can get the colours with no problem, however, the formula for the add the two columns give me a error message: Error 9 : Subscript out of range, and the cell shows: =SUM(RC[-2]:RC[-1]) instead the value of the formula. This is the first time I have used macro, really don't know I am doing!

I have a report which uses colour and filters on numbers and I want to change the the filter on the numbers. I want to change the numbers to the following: Green =10 to =15 Amber =16 to =23 Red =24 to =5000 I have tried to follow the the manual to created a macro, however, every time I run the report I get a error message out of code. The sims report has forename, surname, reg, authorised absence, unauthorised absence and a blank column named Sessions Missed: the macro hides the two absence columns and shows the sum of the absence columns in the Sessions Missed. I've attached the excel file for the old report and wondered whether anybody could look at it and alter it for me. I know it is cheeky. Attendance Profile Report.xlsx

I have been using Galaxy S for 12 months without any problems. I have a gmail account and a live account and my school email account. School have changed to Outlook Web Access this week, I have changed the account on galaxy, I can send a new email without any problems, however, I can't get the inbox to load! Can anybody help?
