Can anyone recommend a good place to sell my gear? I've got a D7000 and 4 lenses to sell, I want to avoid ebay!

Work Experience (Working for Free) where do I sign?
7UD9 replied to DrewTech's topic in General Chat
Just a letter explaining I had an interest in that line of work, I had some self-taught knowledge and wanted to get some real-world hands on experience. I made it clear I was willing to work on a voluntary basis. -

Email/write to all local schools and colleges, don't be put off by non-replies or rejections. Keep plugging away. I had 3 replies out of 100 letters, 2 were "No but we'll keep you on file" and 1 was my current employer inviting me in for a chat. I started by doing 4 weeks work experience, I'm now assistant network manager -
As a cyclist, I wish this hadn't gone viral. As bad as the driver is, the cyclist is completely out of order. The way he acts in this video (I've not seen his others) is damaging to the image of all sensible cyclists/road users out there.

All done, thank you for the help, it's much appreciated. I never got to the bottom of -Confirm, spamming enter did the trick this time.

Tried that, no luck. I've started it off and resorting to spamming the enter key

That looks perfect, thank you! One last thing... Is there a way to force Yes on a "do you wish to proceed with this action" prompt? It's asking for each action.

We do, domain\students. So my code would be as follows? $users = Get-ADGroupMember -identity "Students" -Recursive foreach ($user in $users) { Remove-UserPhoto $user.SamAccountName } Thanks

I found this when researching the topic a while ago, I'm still to get around to implementing it. Centrally managing Signatures in Outlook and OWA - the free way - Blogs - EduGeek.net

Hi all My aim is to reset all profile photos in Exchange/Outlook Web Access. This can be done for individual users by running the following; Remove-UserPhoto "Username" What I can't work out is how to do this for all of our users, or at least all of our students. Many have set their photos to inappropriate images. I now know how to prevent them doing this in the future but I still need to reset/clear the current ones. Does anyone have any suggestions which are better than going through hundreds of users one at a time? TIA

Recently bought Colin McRae Rally 2005 for £2, bargain! Love that game. We've recently been enjoying Lego Star Wars 2 in co-op, we've lost a couple of evenings that way, if you play co-op with your SO, they can't have a go for not doing chores -

I read something a few years ago about the Random/Shuffle feature in iTunes and how it was truly random, Apple edited it because many people were complaining the same songs kept coming up again and again. They edited it to be (mathematically) less random so that more different songs were played. I can't find any articles about it at the moment

I'm plan to see what training is available and apply for anything I think will be of use. Thanks, I'll take a look later today.

It's a task I intentionally took on, I already update the website and social media is being added to my job description with a pay increase to reflect the extra workload. It all came about because a member of teaching staff took it upon themselves, without consulting the school, to create a Twitter account, in less than 24 hours the password had been guessed and it was defaced. As the Head did want a Twitter feed, I volunteered to get it running. As it's now expanding to Facebook I've taken on the role properly. I'll take a look at that, thanks for the tip. Thanks, mostly common sense and all things I already keep in mind with the Twitter and website. Thanks to everyone for the input, lots of good info and tips!

Ok, deleting them would be ok if they were to happen. Please send a link, that would be userful. That's a good idea and something I hadn't thought of, I already run out Twitter page and keep it active, that would save time! Thanks

Social media stuff is being written into my job description, along with a bump up the scale to reflect the extra work. Thanks for the info, so you've found no way to stop commenting on posts? Does reporting the posts then hide them from public view? Thanks

Hi All I didn't see a better place to put this thread, please move if there is somewhere more suitable. I've been asked to create a school Facebook page, the hope is to use it to publish news items/updates and further engage parents and students. Has anyone done this and is there anything to be aware/cautious of before diving into it? Thanks

How about some Cryptography? We have a very popular Crypto Club ran by a maths teacher here (they recently won the School Cyber Challenge!)
