Thanks Sukh, all Ruckus hardware has a lifetime warranty regardless of the support you have. I think that financially for me it makes more sense just to leave it.

Hey folks, So I used a reseller to buy and install Ruckus in one of the schools I work in and they have been pestering me to renew my support licence but this would be cutting into the budget. So basically I would like to ask how important are this firmware updates? I have had no problems so far.
