Hi Nick, Like everybody else I am seriously impressed by HAP but unlike most people I am struggling to get it to work. When installed on the FRS I get the following error message when trying to open the home page (when logged on at the server): Configuration Error Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately. Parser Error Message: An error occurred loading a configuration file: Failed to start monitoring changes to 'D:\RMNetwork\RMManage\Web Components\web.config' because access is denied. Source Error: [No relevant source lines] Source File: D:\RMNetwork\RMManage\Web Components\web.config Line: 0 I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times but the above fault persists. Also, RMMC stops working with a 6001 error if HAP is installed but only on the FRS, works fine everywher3er else. If HAP is installed on another server it works a treat internally (//servername/extranet) however nothing happens when I try using domain name/extarnet. Can anyone suggest what might be wrong?
