Hi we are just in the process of rolling out Office 2010. i have created an installation script and customised the installation using the config file and the customisation wizard. The script works fine and installs Office 2010 just as we want it. However, we also want to install Ribbon Hero. I have logged on to a network PC with local admin rights and installed the Ribbon Hero msi. Ribbon Hero now shows up when I start an Office 2010 app as you would expect. However, when I log off and log back on as another user, Ribbon Hero is no longer available in any Office App. We need Ribbon Hero to be available to all users. Any clues? Thanks

CPU usage is around 2% and memory usage is mimimal.

Hi this is a strange one. We have a networked PC running Windows XP Pro SP3. The PC runs extremely slowly. It is very well specified, fast processor, 3GB RAM, 200GB free space on the hard drive. No viruses or spyware. If I shutdown the PC properly i.e. start, shutdown, when the PC is turned on again, it is still incredibly slow and the hard disk drive activity light is constantly on. However if I turn the PC off coldly, i.e. press the off button, when the PC is turned on again it performs normally i.e. at the speed you would expect and the hard disk drive activity light is not constatnly on. Any ideas?

Yes it is an English exam. We would prefer to use Word but as a last resort I suppose wecould make do with Wordpad.

We are due to hold an exam whereby the spell check, dictionary and thesaurus features of Word 2003 need to be disabeld. Is there a way of doing this, preferably using group policy or failing that on an individual machine basis?

We are using the Lexia Reading System on a number of station in the school. On one particular station we are getting the following error when Lexia is used: "Could not create the folder". The station is setup identically to the other station which work fine and all permissaions are identical. Any ideas?
