hi..site is great but have some drawbacks.. 1.the images does not have alternate text. 2.there is no permanent redirect (technically called a "301 redirect").Once you do that, you will get full search engine credit for your work on these sites.

go for a fixed fee for website development as people these days are not interested in hourly rates...and the amount depends upon the features they require in website..

there are lots of free tools available where you can check out.. like Search Engine Spider Test Tool ..there are lots more just google search it..
