TonySharpes you are a genius, that has ended an afternoon's worth of searching for the answer! As an extra, if you want to turn the thesaurus/grammar check off, rename C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PROOF to : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PROOFOLD Change permissions on C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared to Write:Deny (to stop it recreating the folder) Many thanks again!
