i use shutdown and put this in the scheduled task run cmd line C:\WINDOWS\system32\shutdown.exe -r -f -t 01 and it works.

We paid to upgrade to v3.9.03 but because of a problem i had to change the IEPwriter EXE to version 3.7.1.2 hence why there are two IEPwriter Exe's, we are still awaiting for the issue to be resolved.

edu-it i had the same problems so in the end installed it on a share and have a link on the desktop to that share but i had to give full permission to users on that file for it to work. But it does mean that i don't have to install it on any other machine.

you need to run the setup which registers with giveaway of the day and create a folder in the rot of c which holds an iso and the program als installs on hte machine so you can plug in another HDD with windows on it to read the passwords. Hope this helps

we got the same issue

You should be able to unscrew the the pannel the port is on but be very careful so you don't disdurbe the other cables. You may aslo find that the cable does not go to the patch panel port you think it goes to. I would plug the remote part of your cable tester into the port in the class room and then check every free port just incase.
