try and get 1 new tape and try that if it works your sorted if not you know the drive is broke. also try and get hold of the test tool for your drive which will run a diagnostic test and tell you what is wrong but beware the last drive we did this it wouldn't fail every time so run them more than once believe me i have had about 8 drives break on me in 7 years. if you have a support contract with someone they will first ask have you tried new tapes etc and if you have run a diag test mark

never used rm but would think your windows cals would be separate from the rm cc3 software that sits on top. i guess you have a school agreement with Microsoft ? mark

we have them if i remember you had to install the software for the dongle (bluetooth) and the interwrite software was seperate so aslong has you install the software for the new dongle i think that would work mark ps dont use them anymore worse thing school ever got

yeah its a macbook but thinner great design there!!!.with the current market state with the asus eee etc should of made an affordable!! THIN but smaller notebook. dont really see where it fits in £80 more can get you the macbook pro Oh yeah anyone notice the price for the ssd model!! also no user replaceable battery mark

i love ofsted days its the quietest time of the year. we get the yobs shipped out. The staff are all in before 8am and there is no last minute running around in fact its a GREAT time they should come more often mark

i have had this problem.i have used the software mentioned above also deleting using linux comes in handy for some of these files mark

you might find they are expensive on ebay sold mine for £150 a good 4 months ago.

Hi paul you should seriously say no and get your union involved my head of ICT was in your position a good 7 years ago running the network by herself even installing computers in the summer holidays not good.
