  1. Can you try the updated v9.4 release please: https://hap.codeplex.com/releases/view/109935
  2. Can you try this web.config file please:
  3. ok, I hoped I'd fixed this issue with 9.4, replace the hap.ad.dll from the v9.2 release, that should fix that issue
  4. That error is fine, just ignore it, something else isn't working, the hap javascript file isn't getting loaded, and it looks like a few other things aren't getting loaded. Did you install v9.0 first then upgrade to v9.4?
  5. can you check the event log on the server, something isn't working right
  6. Ok, your web.config file isn't correct. Check this exists:
  7. Ok, javascript isn't getting loaded. Can you check /api/js for me
  8. @Paul-K, can you do some http://www.edugeek.net/forums/home-access-plus/86059-hap-json-debugging.html, looks like jquery isn't loading properly @WLS-ITGuy backup your hapConfig.xml file, delete it, replace the web.config file from the v9.4 release, re-run HAP+
  9. Hmm, the error is staying the site isn't running in HTTPS
  10. Are you using HTTPS? You may need to, in IIS, remove the all but the binding for HTTPS on the website
  11. Check the event log on the server
  12. Replace the web.config with the one from the release, it will allow you back to the setup.aspx page
  13. Ok, that one stays, hmm, don't know why it's not working
  14. If you get a 500 error, open HAP+ on the server, it will tell you what the error means
  15. Ok, it may only work externally, not internally. I don't know how SWGFL works, I'm a Powys CC LA school, so can't really help much more. It's along the right lines though.
  16. Open the web.config file and check for the svg line
  17. Contact SWGFL they need to do the stuff
  18. Is the internal server error coming up in a Browser popup, or the whole page? If the latter, try going to the site from the server
  19. Hmm, missed 2 lines, re-uploaded v9.4
  20. Ok, the error coming up there is saying that your Administrator username/password is write, you may need to go to the setup.aspx page and reset it
  21. Just released v9.4, which adds the option to enable Secure LDAP, it will be disabled by default unless you turn it on. Sorry for this issue
  22. Errrr, nothing will display? Can you expand a bit on that, screenshots, etc.
  23. v9.3 should of fixed the issue without downgrading jquery
  24. It was the easiest way to check, otherwise the import would take 3x as long as it looks for appointments matching the time, and name for each lesson, in each term.
  25. Nope, unless they have appointment's starting with "Lesson:" (this is how the system looks for stuff it's created to remove)
