HAP+ "The given key was not present in the directory"
nickbro replied to sonic1485's topic in Home Access Plus+
Check there aren't two drives with the same letter. Also check the language files have been updated. -
Edit the Web.config file in the booking system folder. Or use iis manager
-
Check the silver light file size in the client folder. If it's 0bytes it's currupt
-
Sorry about that I will have to edit the docs to add that check. I should really just remove it in the release builds as no one I know still uses iis7
-
Edit the web.config file and remove the section that says remove for iis8.

Doesn't seem to be anything new in ADSI, but it's working so I'm not going to worry. Yep had all the boundaries in, only unpublished and republished the ad settings. We can actually start fixing the laptops now without taking 2 days.
-
Woohoo fixed it. Re-published system centre in AD and it's working again now. YIPPEE!!!!

Hi @Steve21, I'm still struggeling to figure out why it would of just stopped working. Apart from installing the 1706 update we hadn't changed anything. Screenshot of those pages, which load Firewall on the server is off while we try and resolve this issue. The user account we are using is the Domain Administrator account (bad I know but wanted to rule out that issue). Configure AD? Where do I go for that? Screenshot from ADSI This is our boundary settings, AD setting and DHCP scope. Note that DHCP only leases from 185.0, 184.0 is for static/reservation based devices.

Right, no joy at all. How can I get the management point to be auto discovered again? I've removed and added the roll but that hasn't fixed it. Can only install the client via SCCM push it seems.
-
Only HTTP. We do have a CA but it's only for wifi
-
Got Error signing client message as well in clientauth
-
ContrentTranaferManager CcmGetDPAuthToken failed errors. 0x80004005. It looks like it's even trying to use branchcache which I thought I'd disabled.

Freshrebuild, location services, 4th line Assigning to site 'CHS' Further down it says: Retrieved lookup MP(s) from AD Still hangs on Installing Applications, no MSIexec signs of life
-
Client push just uses SMSSITECODE=CHS. I'm doing a rebuild now, it's at the apply device drivers stage. I couldn't major in that log file, it all looked fairly good actually.
-
Been through the logs, no issues in the locationservices log file, no red or yellow execept for stuff to do with AAD. I've reinstalled the fallback role (remove role, check sitecomp.log for completion then add role), will try a build again. It's odd that using the push client from SSCM it installs fine.

Hi @Jamorie, We don't have any restart commands in our task sequence after the OS has installed. I removed those when the new ADK came out. I have now added a restart command in after it enables bitlocker to try and do something, but it seems to still hang on installing applications. The task sequence service stops, CCMexec is using a lot of CPU time and getting that error in the log a lot. This is what our task sequence looks like
-
Spoke too soon. Task Sequence does not work correctly. In the clientservicing.log file got a constant Client is not yet registered but no FSP is available. The thing doesn't want to install any applications.
-
I think we've fixed it, silverlight install had become corrupt (was 0 bytes). Downloaded the correct installer and it seems to be installing via push. Now for a task sequence
-
It's how I have it set up so it will work just fine. Webdav is the only thing that causes issues.
-
No problem. Wish I had more time to spend developing it, sadly I don't
-
Webdav. Remove the Webdav handler and module from iis hap
-
That's odd, can you do some debugging: http://www.edugeek.net/forums/home-access-plus/86059-hap-json-debugging.html
-
Yep may is the last update. I'm a business manager now so can't get the time to update it. I've put the whole source on github, so feel free to do a pull request and contribute to developing it.
-
Yep, that would be our worst case, but we still have on site servers as well. I only did a copy. Going to try it, we aren't that far from the exchange (300m)
