Same bad experience here. Was all OK during the trial and first few months of use. Recently devices just do not appear via the Admin Console. Only a re-install of the app brings it back online. Have contacted support but not holding out much hope. Fortunately we only have a 1 year license so we'll ditch it if the issues continue.
