Thanks for the reply I've been trying to find more documentation as I've heard that Capita suggest you provision all your staff users in one go, and all your students in one go? Sounds horrible to me and more likely to fail... Has anyone else heard this?

Just a quick query regarding provisioning users in SLG... Is it better to provision all staff and/or student SLG accounts in one go, or has anyone provisioned a few users as a test before doing thr entire rest of your staff/student groups? Any comments gladly received

We're also in a similar position. Data has been tidied, unlinked contacts removed etc etc etc and now we're ready to roll SLG out! We've had discussions about the best way of issuing usernames and passwords to parents/carers and also decided the most secure was was to do this at parent evenings. We plan to start small with parents who have shown interest in our digital newsletters and then grow the group until we release yeargroup by yeargroup. We haven't taken any steps to prepare help documentation, AUPs, or setup training sessions for parents as of yet, but this is looming on the horizon!

What about an installation of geeks? Alternatively, a virus of geeks (Although if we're a virus, I don't want to be a backdoor Trojan)
