    I've been playing round with a bit of expression studio and thought I might try and host it online. I've created a silverlight app in blend 4 and a page in web 4... published them and the result is: www.pbonddesign.com/rsanderson.html it loads to 100% and then stays blank.... its a 50mb app so might take a while on a slower connection but I made it and its definitely not a 50mb white rectangle. I've got the projects .xap file uploaded and linked in, as well as the silverlight.js... it works fine locally previewing from expression web, but wont work when published. Am I missing something obvious?

    Been trying to make a Sharepoint site for a while now and kinda got one together. However it looks a bit... messy. What I really want is to create my own master page and work from there. I gave it a go using Sharepoint designer but I'm guessing my severe lack of programming knowledge is holding me back as I can not get it to work for the life of me Basically I was wondering if it would be a huge amount of work for me to learn how to create something like the image attached, or whether I could learn the basics in a couple of weeks. master page.zip

    I've managed to play around with it and get it to stop disappearing now. For some reason it didn't like it when i used anything to do with " " but now I can't seem to get it to actually send the e-mail when the send button is pressed. Name: E-mail: Subject: Message: Have I missed something? (As you can probably guess I'm not too clued up on this >.< )

    I've been trying to create a contact form web part on a sharepoint site I've been working on but hit a few walls (I'm using the sharepoint 2010 beta). It's my first sharepoint site so I'm probably missing something simple but I've tried using the HTML Form web part, then editing the code to add the different form parts I want on (Name, E-mail address, Subject, Message etc). Once I click save it seems to work perfectly fine, but when I go to a different page then come back to the one with the form on it has completely disappeared and wiped everything off the page with it!!! Then on top of that when I try and click edit page the loading icon comes up but never actually loads to a point where I can edit. After a couple of attempts I thought I'd just try finding a web part that I could download to use but there doesn't seem to be one anywhere (at least not a free one anyway). So basically does anyone have any ideas? or a web part that they use for the same thing that I could use?

    Thank you! I'm no longer "a victim of software counterfeiting" haha. Had those 2 in the do not require authentication box all along, but with unauthenticated users disallowed access.

    I have go.microsoft.com in the auth exclusions but what do you mean by make sure it's allowed?

    Nothing new pops up on the web filter log as I try to activate it, so I'm not sure it would tell you much really >.<

    Haha, thanks John. nile_c, no luck there, we already have those settings in place mounters, as far as I can see everything i sup to date and running fine.

    In my application logs im getting 2 errors each time I try to activate. Source: Security-SPP Event ID: 1008 Acquisition of Secure Processor Certificate failed. hr=0xC004FC03 Source: Security-SPP Event ID: 8200 License acquisition failure details. hr=0xC004FC03 Just tried adding the proxy through netsh and no joy, still getting error code: 0xC004FC03

    After some network card problems yesterday that are now resolved, the error code seems to have changed to 0xC004FC03. I tried adding microsoft.com to the smoothwall "Do not require authentication for these domains" section and tried activating again. It then produced the error code 0x80072EFD. Each error seems to point to network problems in that it cannot establish a connection with the server. (Oh, I'm Ric's assistant by the way )
