Hi, It's not an admin app. It's used for enrollment and it is called "Mobile Manager" The app asks for staff/students to enroll their account when the iPad starts up. I have not been able to get the Office 365 option to work due to what is shown in the previous screenshot. It works as an admin, but students/staff can't enroll. Any ideas? Just wondered if anyone else has/had a similar situation? Thanks.

Hi, I'm having issues with standard users using Office 365 to enroll iPad's. When a member of staff logs on during MDM enrollment, the 365 login message sends an email to admins to approve them to sign on. Even if we do it approve that, it fails or times out on the iPad (goes grey). The app is called Mobile Manager (LightSpeed) in Azure/Entra. I've synced the users over from Apple School Manager as well, but the issue is still the same. In Azure/Entra, it lets me grant consent to admin users for the Mobile Manager app, but there is no option to add anything further (read permissions) for standard users in the next tab? If I logon as an admin account (global admin), the iPad does enroll fine - but I want staff/students to be able to do this! Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi, Is there any chance of recovering data from a drive (Raid array) when the SQL database for DPM is lost/corrupt and it just appears with a white background and nothing else? I can see the drive in Disk Management (10TB Raid) with all the multiple brown partitions etc. I can't see anything when opening "This PC". It doesn't appear. Any software advice? Thanks!

That's fine. Just wanted to check really that it wasn't a glitch/bug as well. I'll let exam officer/invigilators know if they comment on it. Still using 2.0.8.9 here but looking to roll out v3!

Is it possible to hide/remove the spell check button from the ribbon? I can get it to be be greyed out but not removed. Thanks.

Does 1903 ISO language pack still exist? I read that they are changing it to App Store downloads only but the screenshot at the top shows it? Did anyone download it if so?

Thanks for the recent fixes. I have found a couple of new things:- 1) Changing the Text View area from full to A4 and/or vice versa makes the menu text labels disappear (only the icons show along the top). 2) The character map option (Basic Accents/Characters) doesn't seem to appear on the first click. Works if clicking on it a second time. Not sure if it's something to do with focus on top. Chris.

Thanks for this - very good. Couple of things I noticed:- Option to hide Active "Split mode" mode bold text/option on the Candidate Information screen? I could only change one option within the ConfigEditorGUI and then the drop down menu went blank. Closing and reopening the program fixes it. Typing within a visual page break seemed to make future text underneath it change to the colour blue as well.

Sometimes you get a Net Framework crash afterwards, which lets you close the program instead that way. The main issue is with the File, Exit option as I am testing this out on a blank document. Have a nice Xmas!

Thanks for the fix! I also just noticed if AutoSave path is enabled but the folder does not exist, it will error about trying to save when using File, Exit. This is correct first of all but the program does not actually close after the error message. You therefore get stuck unless using something like Task Manager to close the program.

Yep. This is version 2.1.0.8. Save/Open paths are set to a drive letter. E.g. U:\

Nice new version! Only something minor:- If you press Open and then press cancel, after the Cancelled popup box you then get a further Error popup box. This mentions String reference not set to an instance of a String. Parameter name: s.

Hi, The software seems to crash if students use special characters/symbols such as ©, ® or ° (for degrees temperature in Science exams). The page numbers and line spacing also get confused from this when trying to save. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi, I just tried out version 2.0.8.2 with a student but had a few issues when opening the file again in a different room. It lost the double line spacing on the document and when printing off. Page numbers were 1/4 and 2/4 - but there was no third or fourth page as all of the work fitted on the first two pages (due to it changing itself to single line spacing). Maybe page 3 and 4 would have been there if the double line spacing was correct? I changed it back to double line spacing but it still remained single when printing off. The page numbers were also then 1/1 on the first page and 2/1 on the second page! It also didn't seem to save the candidate launch screen details, as we had to type everything back in again. Please advise? I think I'll go back to 2.0.4.1 for the time being! Thanks.

Double line spacing is enabled in the settings beforehand if that helps? It corrects itself when you go to print. It's when I open up an existing document and try out CTRL C and V straight away on some random text.

If I CTRL C and CTRL V any text, the line spacing disappears on the screen.

Last page only, but underneath the last piece of student text (maybe allow a line for their handwritten signature space). For example:- Question 1 My answer. ....... Question 20 (last answer). Here is my final answer. Signature: ____________ 20/06/16 Page 2/2 So it appears at the end of the text/document (but not at the bottom/middle footer). I like your other option as well though, so please have the ability for that as well (or at least as an alternative to turn off/on). This would need to be an extra setting. Thanks. :-)

Invigilators like students to sign the last page only, just underneath the students last part of printed text/paragraph etc. Could you add an option here in the config (different to it being at the bottom/middle header on every page)? The word "Signature" and a line is fine like before. Thanks.

It's the latest version - 2.0.4.0. The student was typing half way through the document (to make changes to an earlier question). I witnessed the software kind of flicker/flash and the Cursor/Insertion Point moved to the bottom/end of the document last word. He was not saving the document at the time (was typing normally). On some computers (W10 mostly), I also noticed the print message appear behind the candidate information screen. It's the Printing message (Your document has been successfully sent to the printer) and you have to press OK. I have to click on a slight edge of the box and press return on the keyboard because the box/OK button is physically hidden behind the candidate information screen. Can you force the Printing message to front? Working fine otherwise.
