Er, no. Same reason as previous post. Tailgating and clipping a car, resulting in deaths, is only murder if there is intent to kill.

True, but irrelevant for the purposes of proving murder. To secure a murder conviction you have to prove that the defendent killed the victim (not in dispute in this case), AND that the defendent assaulted the victim with the intention of killing him (mens rea bit referenced above). If the victim was assaulted purely for the purpose of inflicting injury, the fact that he subsequently died doesn't make it murder as the intent to kill wasn't there.

Have to agree with Marc re DLP. Never had a trouble free one, constantly getting flickering pictures due to some sort of contamination. Stick with LCD. Also have to agree with Epson, Hitachi and NEC. Have many of each. Only one I had a problem with was a DLP Epson! Have one good experience with Casio, but relatively unproven compared to the others which have been around for years. Optoma are pants, Smart Unifi are worse (both DLP) - avoid like the plague.

Seems to be slightly US slanted (found it on the web somewhere) but good enough that it catches some of our lot on a regular basis. Might need to edit it slightly depending on how many false positives you get, but I've left it as is... I can live with them if it reduces the chance of anything getting through
