Solved this, I had papercut view running before I installed full papercut and this was causing the issue stopped the papercut view services and this error went away.

I have just installed papercut on server 2012 standard and setup shared accounts so user dont get billed to their personal accounts but the shared account that their linked to but when I turn the pop up on (as I have some members part of multiple departments ) so they can choose what shared account to select the print job gets stuck in the que and I get this message in papercut "A print job was attempted to be unpaused while being held and was deleted by the system. Please configure your queue security as documented in the manual section Installation->Installation on Windows->Print Queue Configuration" I have removed the manage documents from the creator owner under que security but still it wont work can anyone shed any like on this issue?

Hi Mavhc I was heavy user of impero at my last school but am testing senso at my new school, for me Impero had gone as far as it could go and services\supports was starting to slip, senso.cloud is the way forward especially in schools and their ever decreasing budgets with the fact that senso.cloud is module base so I can pick what modules i want to have is big plus in my book.

just wasted 2 days on this having setup a printer mapping script that would work manually but wasn't working at logon, turns out the RM station delivery manager is removing my printer mappings cause I am not applying any printers in the RM console to my test group.

at the moment we have to many printers and to many groups in the rm console we are scaling back and a script is a easier way than having to map printers the rm way. I have managed to resolve the issue now the RM Delivery Station is removing my printer mappings cause I haven't set any printers in my test group in the RM console

i realised the script should be running at logon not startup so have now change it to run at logon which is does but the printers are still not being mapped???

right bit of a update the my script is running I added a line to create a folder on C: for testing but it didnt map the printers.

I have a RM CC4 network (which I am new to from a vanilla background) and I am testing deploying out printer via a script rather through the RM Console, I know the script works manually if run it while logged onto the computer, but when i put it in as a startup script under computer - policies -windows settings - Scripts-Startup and then do a gpupdate force and sync and then reboot it wont doesnt map any printers I have script stored on \\domainname\sysvol\domainname\ share but cant get it work, cant run gpresult /r to see what gpo the machine is getting cause I get the message back "INFO the user "domainname\username" does not have RSOP Data which i havent seen before... can anyone shed any light on this problems please Paul

the microbit work perfectly, but when i compared 2 use of the same manufacturer they both had the same hardware ID, so if i allowed it through for staff then if a student bought in the same manufacturer they would be able to access it as well. it is a computer policy so cant run it for users.

thanks for the feed back localzuk I looked at the group policy device id white list but usb device dont have there own individual ID so if a student bought a usb that was the same make and model as a staff members they would be able to access the device, the joy of having a RM network can't have individual OU for student machines and staff. thanks for the link to the Myusbonly Il pass that on to the budget controllers.

I am looking for some advise as i dont think this is going to be possible to do, the school I am working in has RM cc4 () and uses microbits to teach students programing\coding but as it stands there is no policy to stop students bringing usb pen drives in from home, I am looking for a way of blocking usb pen drives at machine level but need to make sure that microbits carry on work but the microbit appears as a usb mass storage device which rules out using group policy i think. any advise would be great? thanks for all your replys I had tried all of your tips and nothing the diskpart command wouldnt let me onto the drive even when it asked me for the password for the drive and I entered the password correctly and when i booted so I contacted microsoft explained the issuse and they are going to swap the unit out.

Hi I have surface 3 tablet that was bitlockered manaully and the windows 10 OS has got corrupted I need to re-install the OS but bitlocker is stopping me from formatting the driver I have tried the recoverey options but it is asking me for the recoery key which I dont have I know the password but it wants the recovery key, any adivse on how i get this drive wiped so I can get the OS installed again?

I am wondering if any one can help I running Sccm 2012 5.0.8239.1203 (R2 SP1 CU1) and deploying Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 Images with 8.1 ADK Boot Images and all is working fine but I need to start deployiong windows 10 I did try ages ago upgrading to Windows 10 ADK on my sccm server and it broke all my task sequence I am managed to get back to the 8.1 adk and my task sequence started working again (feeew) but the time has come where I need to be able to deploy windows 7 8.1 and 10 is anyone else running a similar setup or can give some advice of wheather this should work and what to look out for if there any know bugs?

Hi Hybrid which gpo did you use? as I am struggling to find it and dont have a one drive shortcut in my start menu.
