Just been looking through the Sub forum for Educational Jobs and to be honest it is a time suck. I live in Greater Manchester and have no interest in posts down south. Could the forum not be divided up further to group posts in specific areas of the country? For example (Taken from the Wiki Page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subdivisions_of_England): East of England East Midlands London North East North West South East South West West Midlands Yorkshire and the Humber This would make it easier for prospective applicants to find a suitable post. Just my thoughts on the matter.
