Has anyone discovered which GPP setting is causing this?

The app installs fine and works on some IOS devices but doesnt work on a few memebers of staffs here at the school. It just says "loading " and doesnt load past the login screen... it lets you enter the details but wont load past this. on a google search it says make sure the clock is 24hours but this doesnt make a difference, any help would be amazing!!

i am trying to create a thin o/s machine, this is all configured and setup to go, however there are a few shortcuts i cant seem to pin-point and lock down. ctrl + U produces the original source html page ctrl + j produces the download window and they can navigate out of this, however i have locked down c drive, but nothing stopping them pluggin in a usb and accessing this. ctrl + h this produces the history tab, Please can some one come back with either a registry key or gpo that i can implement, we are using ie11.

I've created an automator workflow to propagate permissions on a directory however i'm having some trouble over writing existing permissions. This is the script; chmod -R +a " allow read,write,delete" "/Users/xxxx/Documents/Permissions Test" If I check the permissions in finder before I run the above script I see the following; Name Privilege Read Once i've run the script I see; Name Privilege Custom Read I don't want to add another entry I just want to update the permissions to Read & Write Any help would be appreciated.

when a user copies from a windows directory to the mac directory this is causing permission issues, i was to know how to generate a shceduled task to run that will re-apply permission each morning, i know you use Automator to run scheduled task but how would i set this up so it propagates the permissions ?? Thank you

Hi, I have have currently upgraded our iMac suite to running the new 'Snow Leopard' and all is well apart from when users now log on and try and open there work/excel documents. It pop up with a "Cannot access read-only document 'File Name" pop up and then if you go ok to that it then shows you the message "Cannot access 'File Name". I have tried removing Microsoft off on of the computers and reinstalling it but no luck, i also tried removing the iMac from the network and rejoining it at that worked for about a day now it is popping up the messages again Has anyone else come across this problem? Its driving me MAD!!! Thanks a lot in advance
