hey fn-gm we have set up desktop images for ts server sessions. is there anything to put into a logon script so when we set the drivers a user has, we can set a picture from a folder of pictures

ok tar can find anything when googling - trying to save some cash know any1 in HP?? lol

any ideas how to do this?? currently we are setting the background under the profile area with the background file called desktop.

hi all we have got a full desktop working on terminal services and we have redirected start menu and back grounds for user groups but we would like to have a Pool of wallpapers images that is random on each logon for all users using the Thin clients any one got any ideas of a script or something to help do this?? many thanks Phil

HI All We are having issues with our Music macs. The mac seem to have moments where they are hit and miss with syncing students work to the mac and back again. We have got an X server to set up permissions and lock down the macs for students and sort the software. We have students trying to Sync 3-5GB of information when they are logging in and out. At times it times out for students, some it doesnt want to create the mobile account for students. Any one off any help or thought of how they have set up your own macs please many thanks and i will get some more details Tar Phil

Hi All When we have added our year 7 to exchange server, it has not set the max recipients in there propperties The attached image shows how many we want. I know you can see who logged in via OWA in the security logs but i was wandering if there was anywhere else that tracks who logged in and records what machine they was on?? In security logs it just puts the name of the server for the machine name Thanks Phil

HI All we have a san and have allocated 2tb of space for students We had about 500gb with Shadow copies working but when we extented it to 2tb it failes to take a snap shot after 2 occasions. Error code - 0x80042306 : the shadow copy provifer had an error Has any one had any issue or got shadow copies working on drives bigger than 1tb?? Thanks Phil

HI Seen a few posts but nothing that regards what i need I have Exchange 2007 and using outlook 2003 Whent installing a Local copy of outlook on a fat client and using mandatory profiles the user settings is not set up for email I read about PRF files http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ork2003/HA011402581033.aspx but does that help when using exchange and the emails are stored in the mail boxes on exchange?? are there anyways to help or idea or advice Tar Feebs
