Check these out, SMART Sympodiums These ones are made by SMART but you can find other brands etc which may suite you better. Basically it's a touch screen monitor, just needs a VGA cable and a USB to work and you can see the live image in front of you. Hope this helps

As it doesn't look like a standard Office font you may need to do just that? To save the document from possible corruption convert the font into somthing like times new roman, and copy and paste it into a new document... Sorry I can't be of more help

Setting the background default can't be changed at the moment to my knowledge. However if you "right click" on the background you can select "Change colour" and select it there. It's not exactly what you're looking for but it's quicker than trawling through settings. J

I know this is an old post, Just to clarify the software will not work properly if you remove the control pannel from the start up. SMART however have removed this message from the new version 10. J
