If you get your licenses from Dabs they send you the official shiny CDs in an official Microsoft folder. IIRC, they were a bit cheaper than Ramsys too...

I will shortly be rolling out eSupport. Definately the best I've seen so far, though it does cost a bit of cash.

ICT Network's (a wonderful company) Internet Access Manager is what we used to use for a while here. You can download it for free (I think) from here. I say 'used' to use it because we moved over to using Dansguardian to do the blocking recently, which I personally prefer.

You could always use the "settime" command in a KIX based logon script to sync the time up with the server?
