It basically adds all the apps from the OPS Android in to the locker so the OPS is no longer a source I have no idea why they did this. We are an installation company and I have been on the accreditation but no one could explain any benefit of doing it this way Where are you based

In answer to the Q2 The Ops and built in android should be paired together at the installation stage. There is usually a OTA upgrade on the panel and then also 1 for the OPS android. Once these are completed then the panels can be paired Via the WIFI. This then makes all the OPS apps appear in the locker This is one of the reasons for an accredited installation partner Thanks Ian

I have just replaced several AJ 131 projectors for a client with the same issue. I have told them to send them back as a warranty fail. So I will see what happens regards this. We have started to install the core V10 now as this is a hybrid with laser etc but manual zoom and focus.Unlike the digital focus etc of the AJ series. And quite a bit cheaper

HI I have been informed that you no longer do a upgrade / Replacement for the Version 1,2,3,4,5 AB system projectors This would include all or any of the above projectors Is this correct ?? If it is then how or what do you suggest as a replacement for any of the above projectors on the numerous systems we have installed ?? ie a Casio or Benq etc Thanks Ian

Should add that this is with a 3yr de-install/reinstall warranty from my supplier and not the 2 yr as shown on Insight
