I'm curious to know why Orato isn't CE compliant? Does it send data to the cloud?

Hi everyone 👋 I'm Adam, I'm currently working in corporate software engineering but started out my career supporting primary education ICT across Lancashire. I used to be active here years ago but forgot my account. I'm back here as I'm considering a pivot back to some form of hands on IT role.. last time I was active, I was deploying Win 2012 servers and imaging XP/win7 machines. A lot has changed... Hoping to figure out if I've got what it takes to step back into this world.
