What KS3 ICT Functional Skills Qualification are you all using? Exam code - HNBX8 We ran the Pearson exam last year and it was an administrative nightmare trying to get it working under exam conditions. Has anyone got any recommendations of an ICT exam that's relatively easy to get setup and running well? Thanks in advance!

Thoughts on the roadmap for iSAMS shown in the call today? For me, we're really unhappy with the forcing of the cloud portal - it's just not ready, certainly not for an announcement that we'll have no option.

Does anyone here use eduFOCUS's EVOLVE packages, specifically EVOLVEsports, but I'd be interested to hear thoughts across their whole product range. I have found a small handful of threads on here where people are using it but no real opinions on whether it's any good. We're in the market for a sports fixture management system and have looked at SOCS, have a demo lined up for SchoolsBuddy and now also EVOLVEsports. Thanks

Followed through all of that - was my first port of call. Everything looks set correctly but it just doesn't work. check out the attached image

I've been using Snipe IT and think it's brilliant. It's so easy to use and having come from managing assets in spreadsheets, I'm very pleased with what it can do. Problem I have though is I can't get the email configuration working. Snipe was setup for me by our IT Support contractor but as the software is open source/no support for free option, and can't get the email working either, they wont go any further with it. I've tried looking into it myself, following recommendations on the internet, but have had zero luck. I can't even seem to figure out where these error logs are that it says to read after trying to send a test email - the logs don't seem to mention it. We're use exchange online / O365 for our mail. Is there anyone whose been in a similar situation help or point me in the right direction? Thanks!

I agree, a dock would be a good solution, that is what I'm looking for just in the form factor of something that can be mounted on the wall. Not something that is strapped to the wall with metal tape or velcro...

I can't believe there isn't a USB-C one cable solution out there for video, data & power to a laptop from a wall plate. We're having never ending problems with teachers trying to connect to their touch screen displays in their classrooms, connections will drop, USB continually connecting/disconnecting. The standard of the cables isn't great, with long HDMI cables that aren't 'active' or optical. I want to find a solution that will allow me to put this problem to bed once and for all, and want it to be done right. Has anyone seen a solution as mentioned above? What I'm looking for is essentially a USB-C dock in the form factor of a wall mounted AV plate, with a single USB-C port. Thanks

I use InTune for android devices and it works well enough. Took me a long time to figure out how to enroll devices properly, with the secret QR code scanner at device config start up! Once I found that, it's a breeze!
