Since the start of September, we have been experiencing issues whereby users keep getting DC'd and kicked out of SIMS Next Gen/Connected after very short periods of inactivity. It's always kicked users out after long periods of inactivity, which I would expect, but now it's happening even after a few minutes since the start of the new school year. Just seeing if anyone else has experienced this problem?

We've been having an issue with Chrome recently whereby Chrome sometimes white screening when students are trying to sign in. Just wondering if anyone else has had the issue recently and if anyone has found a full fix to stop it happening? Currently we are having to the delete the users chrome appdata when it's happening to enable the user to login to chrome.

I've just tested with a USB to Ethernet Adapter as suggested previously in the thread, but this has made no difference, appears that Google have done something that has stopped certain models being able to work etc.

We've had the same issue today aswell on 2 x HP Chromebook 14 Chromebooks running chrome version 76.

We have recently introduced and rolled out ESET AV into our environment and since we've installed on Devices, users have been experiencing slowness when browsing and accessing sites. We have identified that this is a conflict between ESET and Senso as uninstalling either resolves the issues, we initially thought this was due both having SSL Filtering and they were conflicting that way but even after disabling SSL/TLS protection within ESET we are still being presented with the issue. Has anyone had similar problems or have any ideas?

We've identified that the 'Smoothwall Cloud Filter' Extension is causing the below printing problems in chrome whereby the print preview will show as blank. When turning off the extension the issue is resolved, We have logged with Smoothwall but was wondering if anyone has encountered the problem/has a solution?
