Our head of finance and HR has an issue with his outlook on startup, it freezes if you go to reply to an email first thing in the morning, it is however then fine after we restart the program. We have changed his cached exchange mode setting to only download email from the past 3 months, this is as low as he can go. I have also set up an auto archive on one of the shared mailboxes he has hoping this would resolve the issue, but it has not. Any ideas or help would be appreciated

Hi, We have a lot of SEN students enrolled and need a way of setting a yellow/beige overlay for some of them. Does anyone know any apps or settings that will work with the AP7 series? We have AP7-A65's and AP7-B75's on site. Thanks in advance Tom

Hi All, Here's an unusual one! There is no sound when any student logs in to an IMac we have and loads Garageband or Logic. I have to go into preferences, audio, output and change to iMac speakers. This causes problems because, although we can then hear the sound, we cannot manipulate the sound within the project. No other Mac does this. Could there possibly be a mishap with Garageband on this mac? Any help is appreciated, thanks

I have been having an issue with activinspire, when typing in a text box the programme will randomly make a new one at a different point on the screen, this has been tested on several different machines and we are getting the same issue over and over again. all the drivers are up to date as is the activinpire software, if anyone has any suggestions it would be very much appreciated
