About t05h

  1. That was more aimed at some of the other commenters. I'd echo action1. It's very good for patch management and scripts but not software deployment (at least the free tier). PDQ or patch my pc is the gold standard for software deployment but might be costly.
  2. Intune is not an RMM. You won't get another product that does autopilot and the advantages of that e.g. theft deterrence are massive. You might find a product that supports applying MDM policies to windows but it won't be as good as intune imo. That said if you want to interact in realtime or deploy software quickly, its not really designed for that.
  3. Are the printers you're adding like \\PrintServer\PrinterName? Try the IP address of the print server instead of the name so: \\IP\PrinterName
  4. I've got NetSupport DNA in place for Desktops at the moment and was wondering how well it would do for servers & networking equipment as it supports SNMP. Has anyone done this and got any tips for setting it up? If anyone doesn't mind sharing the alerts they've setup & any other configurations it'd be quite useful to see how it can be used. I'd also be interested in what alerts people use for clients
  5. Hi, Been seeing an issue with both managed/non managed chromebooks of various models where the captive portal page will be centered in the bottom right of the screen so most of the buttons are non-visible. Issue is that this type of window can't be moved by dragging it Anyone seen this or know a fix? I've a hunch its caused by updating to v102.0.5005.75 Thanks
