    In the App info page for Play Services there should be a Play Store icon. I'm on Android 10 so I'm not sure if it'll be on earlier versions, if that's what you're on. You could also try charging it and turning on Wifi to see if it'll automatically pull down the update.

    I've made an account to offer a solution as I was having the same problem. I was using the Bootleggers custom ROM. On the Google Play services app info page under Apps and notifications, click the three dot menu item (top right) and uninstall updates then clear your storage for the app. Hopefully this helps.
