  1. dose anyone know how to factory reset a Ruckus ZoneFlex 7363 AP, without the Zone Director
  2. its most lightly a driver problem but there is no newer driver the laptops are 3ed Gen intel chips to quite old so need something thats newer

We have resently installed new HP Aruba WiFi at one of the schools I work at and after the install we started having problems with Toshiba Laptops having a stable network connection, we have narrowed the problem down to the Toshiba WiFi cards not supporting WPA3 properly, i have been looking for a WiFi card to put in them to fix the problem and have found one (https://www.amazon.co.uk/MPE-AX3000H-802-11ax-Wireless-Express-Network-WIFI-6/dp/B091FJXQHH) but was wondering if anyone else has had a simulter problem and has found a card that works well in older laptops.
  4. yep tried F1,F2,F10,F11,ESC,Del but no luck
  5. have now tried with fast start-up disabled and only f2 gets to bios but still wont let me type the supervisor password any ware, INS dose nothing
  6. I have tried f2 and INS but they did not work but I had fast start-up enabled will disable it and see if that works
  7. I have a Satellite Pro R50-EC-13V with a supervisor password set, I know the password but there is no option to enter it to exit read-only mode. Does anyone know how to find where to enter the supervisor password?
  8. I have found that the screens model number is very helpfully put in the screens PCB if you take off the black protective tape
  9. we have one with a broken screen how ever it is a 40pin screen not the 30pin screen dose any one know what screen fits it as i have so far been unable to find one

I work at a school and we keep having a recceing problem with our Optiplex 3010 we have 2 displays connected (projector over HDMI and screen over VGA) the PCs keep disabling the second screen (screen that runs over VGA) and will only display on the 1st screen (projector over HDMI) we have updated the BIOS, reinstalled windows, updated the intel video drivers. but nothing makes a difference we have had this problem on just over 30 PCs, has anyone else had this problem or knows of a fix, if you think i will get a better answer in a different section please let me know
