  12. Fairly new to exchange and have a question about shared calendars. I've shared our heads calendar with his PA but she can't see his entries, he can see her entries in the calandar. I'm sure its something simple. Can someone point me in the right direction
  13. I'd agree with the breaking it and selling the parts, that's what I did with my old one

  15. On Yoothemes website. In the themes section>>>downloads link at the top>>>>pick which theme you want it listed as Joomla 2.5 Demo Package as far as I can remember that includes Joomla. Extract that and upload to root of your web server and go through the joomla install
  16. We use a Yootheme Template for our site. As for a book, I never really read a book it was a case of local install of joomla and played about with it. Yootheme do sample data install, install that and play about with it, break it, install it again until your happy with how things work
  17. Have a look at the category alias's sometimes they can get messed up. it would certainly explain the dates in the URL's
  18. I've set up a Prestashop site with a shared SSL cert and using paypal as payment
  19. Yes we use it, we have a network share with 3 folder in data, program and sound. It's been a while since I installed it so not sure which version it is.
  20. I had no joy with jupgrade plus the template we used was not available for 2.5 so I took the opportunity to swap template and use an extension called j2xml and built the site locally exporting a bit at a time, the menus were the only part I created from scratch. It's a very good extension
  21. I can understand that maybe not 5.4 but surly 5.3! I have joomla installed and plugins are now moving to not working with 5.2 akeeba backup being one of them, also the phpmail function is not working since the upgrade to 2.5.7. Just to test this I took a backup and installed it on my personal host which uses 5.3.3 and the phpmail function works.
  22. Just a quick question, our host is currently using php 5.2.13 and states that it has no plans to upgrade. I've been reading on php.net and I quote "[color=#000000][font=verdana]The PHP development team announces the immediate availability of PHP 5.4.7 and PHP 5.3.17. These releases fix over 20 bugs. All users of PHP are encouraged to upgrade to PHP 5.4.7, or at least 5.3.17." [/font][/color] Now I'm sure that updates issued fix bugs\security issue etc should they be using at least 5.3.17?
