They offer a lot of free help and support: tutorial videos, articles in their Knowledge Base, Help Screens and lots of other free resources etc. But I found that I didn't actually need most of it cos TimeTabler is just really easy and intuitive to use. It's saved me so many hours since I switched from Nova, it was really quick to export into our MIS too. Thanks for posting the TimeTabler pdf Mkll. It has some interesting ideas... The bit on splitting Years into several Teaching Populations was particularly helpful. It even mentions how you can trace the contacts of any infected students!
