Thanks Warwick_Tech- I am running a schedule task to back up Mon-Fri at 9Pm to an external Western Digital Hard Drive of 10 TB. What do you mean by is it backing up to an IP or hostname? I believe hostname as i can see the Virtual server name in the back up error logs

Yes Jobos, It is allowed to just set them up on the O365 portal so they can access e-mails from home via Outlook on the web.
