  1. @Quinny81 MirrorOp is only being used for screen sharing. There is no way you can manage (MDM) or alter settings of the screen via MirrorOp. The (random) code in MirrorOp is only being used for authorization of sharing your (PC, Phone) screen to the Ctouch display so not everyone in the same LAN can start sharing content without authentication.
  2. Hi Mark,Reminds me of the days when I went 'on adventure' with an universal TV remote to change the neighbors channels ;-) On Topic:There are several ways to control the Ctouch Laser Air+ without the original remote control: - Android App using Bluetooth (you can eliminate this by checking the connected devices or disable Bluetooth on the touch screen). - Android App using internet connection (check the installed apps on the touch screen). - RS232 (not likely since they need to connect a cable) - IR Blaster/ Universal remote controller. (This is of course possible with any brand TV/Touch screen). Perhaps a piece of masking tape on the receiver (located on the left of the power button) will do the trick if this is being the case. In case they managed to install an application on the Ctouch screen, you might consider an App locker ;-) Hopefully these hints are helpful! You can also drop them an email on [email protected] or give them a call +44 (0)845 370 8668 I'm pretty sure they can think along on this topic Good luck! Greets Eric
