IE10 - New Tabs and Pages Problem

Hi tech people. Im having a small puzzle this morning. I had complaints from teachers that websites were not loading properly. I didnt think much of this but took a look anyway. It turns out we have deployed windows 8 across most of the domain and encountered quite a bad bug or problem with our sysprep or ie10 (Desktop Mode)

 

IE10 works perfectly except if you right click open in new tab or click a link that opens a new window(or tab). If you do this you get a white page with a spinning loading logo.

 

However... and this is where it gets really strange. If you copy the link location and open a new tab then paste the address in the url bar and hit enter the page loads perfectly.

 

I have disabled all addons and even removed ie10 and reinstalled. Has anyone got any bright ideas ?

ahh fixed if anyone else has this issue after sysprep i recommend a visit to this website.

I ran the ie9/8 script and its totally fixed the issue.
