ipad app to 'doodle' over a live video clip

Does such a thing exist?

eg writing with a pen over a video clip while the students are watching a clip of their e.g. football game where the teacher circles a player and then shows with an arrow where s/he should go etc rather than a permanent editing of a video clip.

Sounds like Coach's eye might be want you're after. Our PE department love it

Excelade also is pretty good - my old PE department used to use that in conjunction with Coach's Eye
