TweetBot (a third-party Twitter client) can view Vine videos and this app is rated 4+ (the same as the official Twitter app). Given that children can access porn in a huge number of other apps inc. Safari and Chrome, what does increasing the rating of the Vine app from 12+ to 17+ actually achieve? The porn is still there.
