[android] Recommend a mail client for Android

I'd best put this as a new thread as it does need its own space I think. OK, I'm not happy with the stock mail client that came with jelly Bean, so can anyone recommend a decent mail client that will work with hosted Exchange (Office 365)?

I'd agree with that, the stock JB mail is so so basic!

 

Only alternative I could find that was free and didn't look naff was K-9 Mail. Although, I have used that before and wasn't a big fan - it is based on the stock Android client so still has the basic look and feel.

 

I'd also love to hear any good suggestions - I would love to get something like the HTC Mail on my Nexus 4, I miss things like peak and off peak checking schedules, sensible copying between folders etc.

Touchdown is realistically your only other option for Exchange if you dont like the standard mail app.

After a year and a half, I've only just swapped from using the stock android mail app and replaced it with K-9 witch is completely free! And I'm gutted as I did not switch earlier as it's feature packed and easy to use. Can't comment on it working with Office 365 but it seems to let you add accounts for various mail technologies.
