[closed] bug/error: Some threads slow to load?

Anyone else finding certain threads are taking ages to load whilst others load very quickly?

Loads quickly -> http://www.edugeek.net/forums/gaming/107315-dayz-standalone.html

Takes a few mins to load -> http://www.edugeek.net/forums/nix/107729-ubuntu-considers-huge-change-would-end-traditional-release-cycle.html

 

Its always the same threads, they load eventually but do take a few mins to appear.

Seem to load ok for me. Could it be that the Ubuntu thread has a youtube video in it? Is youtube blocked your end?

Nope, this thread is one of the affected, nothing in this to slow it down.

Not sure why that is happening. Is this at work or via a home connection?

Which browser are you using?

Both are fine for me. Is the video content in the Ubuntu thread slowing it down?

Oh this randomly stopped recently. Can't reproduce anymore.

Guess whatever was up has cleared now.
