Hi,

I am trying to upgrade to the latest version but keep hitting a brick wall and messing up my HAP. Am I supposed to just copy over the top of my existing HAP install with the upgrader package?

When I did this, I made sure the permissions were correct (and I have done the permissions bit in the registry) but I am getting hangs when I log on. IE doesn't bring up the logon page and FF and Chrome get to the page but hangs for ever.

In the event log I can see 2 errors. Can anyone help, I want to start trying out the homework bit.

Done this, and been through the restry and removed the event log settings relating to HAP but it hates me. I even removed the old HAP and tried installing a new one but it never gets past the setup screen.. as soon as I get to logging into Hap it just hangs.

Now I have gone back to the old version that worked and thats messed up now.
