Tanios Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 (edited) Hi all, Having this issue on one of our HyperV clients. When trying to login to Windows, BSOD... SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION STOP 0x00003b termdd.sys I have Googled, with no luck. Anyone any ideas? Preferably wish not to wipe and re install as the data is very valuable! PS: IIS is running on this machine, but of course I cannot turn it off because I cant login PSS: You also cant RDC to it either, its like the service for that isnt running. gjefferies Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 Are you using hyper-v manager to login? Anything in the event viewer? Have you taken the memory.dmp file and parsed it through the Windows Debugger to see if it comes back with anything. Cheers Gareth
