Hi all,

Having this issue on one of our HyperV clients.

When trying to login to Windows, BSOD...

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

STOP 0x00003b

termdd.sys

I have Googled, with no luck. Anyone any ideas? Preferably wish not to wipe and re install as the data is very valuable!

PS: IIS is running on this machine, but of course I cannot turn it off because I cant login

PSS: You also cant RDC to it either, its like the service for that isnt running.

Are you using hyper-v manager to login?

Anything in the event viewer? Have you taken the memory.dmp file and parsed it through the Windows Debugger to see if it comes back with anything.

Cheers
