TomCollins Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 Hi all, I am trying to connect to the OD from a mac off-site, however I kept getting the 2100 error. I have opened TCP/UDP 636 and 389 to the server as I have read elsewhere to do, however still get the same error. I know it is accessible by the outside world as I can access the file and web server part of it fine. Also, this happens on both the FQDN and IP. Any help would be brilliant! Tom

kirchie Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Remote access turned on? (Sorry just trying to think of the little things!)
kirchie Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Must be the snow, re-connected a missing tube somewhere! What did you do?
TomCollins Posted January 18, 2013 Author Posted January 18, 2013 I've always been able to remote in, I can also access files and every other service apart from OD Binding. Next time I'm in office I will just start clean, it is only a recent install of SL Server with practically nothing on it, so nothing will be lost.
