smali Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 Hi!! How Can I make script similar to this: http://www.bishopbarrington.net/pages/school-life.html Or, maybe You know where Can I download this script. Thank's
plexer Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 What is it that you want to acheive? a good looking website? Ben
TechMonkey Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 Wait a bit and Webman will probably pop along. It's his website. Looking at it though I would assume it is just some code to check the time and apply formatting to the row that contains that time, a good ole greater than/less than style query.
plexer Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 Ah ok sorry I missed the point of that page entirely. Have you asked the person that created the website directly? Ben
webman Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 *ahem* Sorry missed my cue there... Hope you can understand PHP - time.php is the working script and time.phps is the source code. There's also a bit of old commented-out code that isn't irrelevant now so just remove those if you want.
MkII Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 How'd you do that smali? php module? (that's how i've tried it, tho' my positioning is a bit odd )
smali Posted July 11, 2007 Author Posted July 11, 2007 I'm working on php module of this script, but at this moment I'm using Wrapper. I see that you have the same problem with header (colors) that I have. I have opened all PNGs and JPGs in Photoshop, and problem was gone. http://www.g16-lublin.eu/szkola I think that school website will be done until september 1st
ChrisH Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 I would be interested in seeing your module code Mark as at the moment I am struggling with the differences between 1.0 and 1.5 code (which I have more info on) .
MkII Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 hehe - thanks for the tip smali - funny it looks fine in Firefox
smali Posted July 11, 2007 Author Posted July 11, 2007 Thank's Mark for info about mod_php. I will use it to link google map to my school website check it out http://g16-lublin.eu/szkola/component/option,com_contact/task,view/contact_id,1/Itemid,39/ Thank's again
ChrisH Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 Very nice I think I will have to do something similar as well
