sarahstacey Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 Hi, I'm banging my head against the wall trying to allow access to Prezi for our pupils. We are using Web Security 7.7. I've added the following to an exception https://prezi.com http://prezi-a.akamaihd.net/ Prezi - Ideas matter. Prezi - Ideas matter. http://cloudfront.net http://cloudfront.net:443 http://s3.amazonaws.com http://s3.amazonaws.com:443 http://akamaihd.net http://akamaihd.net:443 http://cdn.optimizely.com http://cdn.optimizely.com:443 Pupils can get to the login page but after entering their credentials a 'page cannot be displayed' error occurs. (Not the Websense block page) Can anyone help? Many thanks Sarah

glennda Posted January 10, 2013 Posted January 10, 2013 Last time i looked at this I think i had to unblock codes.google or similar.
sarahstacey Posted January 11, 2013 Author Posted January 11, 2013 so try prezi.com prezi-a.akamaihd.net cloudfront.net s3.amazonaws.com akamaihd.net cdn.optimizely.com Rob Thanks for your reply, I tried this but it hasn't worked.
twin--turbo Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 do a report on what is blocked using a test user, investigative reports. 1
sarahstacey Posted January 11, 2013 Author Posted January 11, 2013 Many thanks, that really helped, I was able to see that the 'Personal Network Storage and Backup' protocol was blocked and not allowing Prezi to run.
twin--turbo Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 You should be abel to determine the exact URL that's eing blcoked and then add it to an allowed custom filter component under user-defined. Rob
